Dear Sir / Madam,

Please note that we have scheduled our Orientation for Year 2009 intake on Sunday, 4th January 2009. Kindly refer to information stated below.

Orientation / Class Allocation for Year 2009
Time	Class	Age	Venue
0900 - 0930	Montessori Classes	2 1/2 to 4 years old	School Hall
0930 - 1000	Grade 3 and 4	5 and 6 years old	School Hall
1000 - 1030	Mandarin Kindy	-	School Hall

For Existing Students,

All fees, First Term, Material and Insurance, amounted to RM2,220.00 can be paid during the school holidays. Our office will be opened from Mondays to Fridays from 9.30am to 3.30pm. Where fees are not paid 14 days after the Orientation Day, a surcharge of 5% will be levied.

For New Students,

Fees for Refundable Deposit, First Term, Material and Insurance amounted to RM2,600.00 can be paid during the school holidays. Our office will be opened from Mondays to Fridays from 9.30am to 4.00pm. Where fees are not paid 14 days after the Orientation Day, a surcharge of 5% will be levied.

All payments by cheque are to be made payable to Akar Serantau Serantau Sdn. Bhd.

****P/S -  Transport arrangements can be made during the orientation day, as drivers will be present. Please meet them at the canteen.
